Here are our answers to some of the questions we often are asked. Can not find an answer to your question, you're always welcome to contact us .
Books
What is ISBN? ISBN is the book's "personal". If you are looking for a particular book and know the ISBN, you can usefully enter the number in the search box (do not use any hyphens or spaces). You can always write the book's author, subject or title in the search box.
"Sold out from publisher": Can I buy the book with SL books at a later date? No! The publisher is currently no plans to reprint the book, but it is possibly in a second edition.
Is my book in stock? To see what your book shop is stocked by the cursor over the text 'stocked' . I the white box fremgårdet how your book is. Is there another one 'in stock' it is because the book is not available in our stores. But we can order the home to you.
When published the book I need? date appears with information on the book's side just before publishing the name. Here you can see if the book you need is on the way or are published.
Buy
Which customer type am I? You are a student when you are enrolled in an education and pay for your books. When you create you as a student, you get 10% discount on all goods. You are private customer if you are not enrolled in an education and pay your books. You are business customers, if your employer pays for the goods you order, or if you are acting on behalf of your workspace. You are a teacher, if you teach at an educational institution or on behalf of your educational institution.
How do I get a student discount? You can get a student discount if you are enrolled in higher education. To get a student discount, you must create you as a student, when you select the type of customer. Then create your studio. You can create your studio when you have entered your address. Click "Create Study" from the menu to the left of the page labeled "My Profile".
What should I bring when I download the products I have ordered in one of your stores? Bring a copy of your order confirmation when you retrieve your goods in the shop. Order Confirmation will be sent to your email address when you complete an order. It will also appear on slbooks.dk once you've confirmed your order.
Charge
I want to pay giro. Why can I not? You can not choose to pay the giro as a private client or student. If you represent a business, you can apply for a business account. Read more
How do I pay if I choose to retrieve the goods in one of your stores? You pay for the goods when you download them in the store. You can pay by credit card or cash dankort.
Security
Is it safe to pay by credit card at slbooks.dk? Yes, credit card information for dissemination to the dibs on a secure, encrypted connection and is not saved by SL books.
Who will see my office information? Your office information is transmitted directly to dibs. This means that neither the employees of SL books or other unauthorized persons have access to your office information.
Who will see my contact details? Your contact details will be treated confidentially by SL books, and no unauthorized access to them.
Supply and delivery
How long does it take before I receive the books I bought at slbooks.dk? You can see the expected delivery of your order confirmation? If you order multiple books with different delivery times, we send the books together, when we have them all home. We send all orders as packets of Post Danmark. Once we have shipped the package, you will typically receive the next working day.
"Delivery time unknown": What does it mean? The publisher, which writes that delivery time is unknown. This means that the book is sold out, but it is not certain whether or when the book bilver reprinted. If it is a foreign book does "delivery unknown" that our foreign supplier does not have the book in stock. This may be because the book is not published yet (see the publication date). Or it may be because the book will be reprinted at a later date. Feel free to contact us for more details. click here
How much dispatch? If you choose to retrieve your goods in one of our shops, no fees. It is absolutely free.
Sends I undlandet? Yes. You can see the current delivery prices by click here . If the order is sent to a country outside the EU (eg. Faroes, Greenland and Norway), the Danish VAT deducted automatically from before you implement orderen. Notice that when sent abroad are dankort / credit card the only payment option. Contact SL books if you want your books delivered to foreign countries.
How bilver of my order? If you have not received an order confirmation email within 1 hour, your order will probably not gone through. If you were logged in when you made the order, you can see how far your order is by clicking on "my orders" under "my profile".
Who should I advertise to, if I get a damaged package? For packages shipped from SL books applies subs claim conditions. Any claim must be made at Post Denmark. 1) The visible damage to the packages recipient must immediately advertise for Post Denmark. 2) In case of damage to the contents of packets, where damage is not visible before opening the package, claim to Post Denmark made within 7 days of receipt. students SL books offer 10% student discount on English literature curriculum and related study materials and all foreign books for students with valid student card, unless otherwise indicated. Student discount is conditional on you to pay with cash or credit card.
