How to order

Click on the product you want to buy and choose "Add to Cart."

If you want more than one copy of a product, please correct number in the basket and click 'Refresh'.

If you have not already been set up as a customer in our system, do so now.

Select 'New Customer' and select the type of customer you are.

Are you a student? Select that you act as a student. Then create your course to get a student discount. To do this go to your profile and select 'Create studies' in the left menu. Then you can also use My syllabus' function. The discount is now being deducted from the prices to be displayed in your Shopping Cart.

Now your name, address and email address. The fields marked with a red asterisk are required. Your phone works as a customer number with SL books.

Note: We use your email address to send you a receipt once you've confirmed your order.

You can now complete your order. Should the goods delivered to another address than the billing address, you can correct delivery address.

Choose the delivery method and payment method.

Confirm your order.

If you choose to have the goods sent, you'll go to the payment page where you can enter your card.

Note: Your card information via Slbooks.dk for dibs on a secure, encrypted connection. In this way, neither the employees of SL books or unauthorized access to your card.

When the message "Thank you for your order" appears on the screen, your order went through.

You can now print the order confirmation.

SL books also sends an order confirmation to your email address. Both can be used as receipts in our stores and on slbooks.dk. Bring your receipt when you retrieve your goods in one of our stores.

Do not forget your receipt if you wish to return an item in one of SL books' stores. If you return the product at. mailing, please also enclose a copy of your receipt.

If you have selected to retrieve your goods in one of our stores, you get message from the store via email as soon as they are ready for pickup. If the book's price has changed significantly compared to that reported in the order confirmation, you will be asked per. mail if you still want the book.
